California Native, Jered grew up in Modesto spending most of his time playing baseball as a pitcher and a catcher. Over the years he has moved all around the Northwest, but 2 years ago he found himself moving to Boise, Idaho. He wanted to take his life into his own hands, and he know that there were opportunities to grow as a person, personally and professionally. Now, Jered spends most of his free time with his 2 dogs, and Enjoying what Tulsa has to offer.

On April 4th, Jered expanded his company out to Tulsa, Oklahoma and is looking forward to helping people go though the management development program as well!

Our hiring manager, Molly, was born and raised in Seattle Washington. She grew up playing soccer and continued her soccer career at the University of Washington where she majored in political economy.
Since starting with the company, Molly has helped to expand over 4 branches and has been recognized as a top performer on a national level.
Molly spends most of her free time outside, whether it’s hiking, exploring, or camping. Molly also enjoys spending time with her Lab and German Sheppard.
Her short term goal is to help Jered expand his company 5 times during the year!

Alysia Powers was born in Claremore, Oklahoma and graduated from high school in Pryor.  After moving to Tulsa three years ago, she pursued a career in the Interior Design field after graduating from Clary Sage College.  Her goal in life was always to live in a big city and drive an all black Range Rover.  She started with Dynamic Business Solutions just over a year ago in the management training program and moved into the Human Resources Department about three months ago.  Alysia loves meeting new people and making friends anywhere she goes.  Her next adventure includes moving to a bigger city, probably in the mountains somewhere, buying her dream Range Rover, and lots and lots of traveling.
